    The private aircraft carrying the Stoke football team from Southampton airport, to East Midlands airport, had to make an emergency landing at Gatwick airport. The cause of the emergency was a smell of burning in the cabin. The aircraft was a 50 seater met at Gatwick by Fire Appliances. All were safe.
