     It is hard to believe that a trainer aircraft with a top speed of 216K needs to be equipped with ejection seats. What could be the rationale for the requirement?

    There are situations which require a quick and safe escape from the airplane (even if it is a "slow-mover") ..... such as serious trubles occurring during take-off or landing or flight at very low level  .....
