Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (PWR) president Jim Maser intends to change the way his company works to liberate what he sees is the untapped potential that small entreprenurial companies he has worked for before have been able to capitalise on.
In an interview with Flightglobal.com on 24 July at the 44th AIAA joint propulsion conference held in Hartford, Connecticut Maser explained his ideas about what needs to be done to, make the most of his employees, bring about change for a less risk averse culture and the timetable he envisages for bringing to market products that are driven by this new process.
