Role:
The Director, Flight Training is responsible for all ground and flight training
programs within the company. Ensures the quality of all ground and flight training programs is maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the programs being managed are operated in compliance with all regulatory agencies (JAA, FAA, act.) and Alteon mandated directives.
• Provide project direction, set priorities and monitor staff achievement.
• Accountable for the security of Alteon materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of Alteon products.
• Provide support for marketing and sales teams.
• Interview prospective employees, evaluate and recommend employment.
• Oversees the accuracy of curriculum data input into ATMS.

Required Experience:
· College degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
· Three year’s corporate, military, and/or airline pilot training experience or equivalent pilot experience.
· Possess Airline Transport Certificate with multi-engine rating and turbojet type rating.
· Minimum three years ground and/or flight instructor experience.
· Pilot license recognized by the local
regulatory authority.
Authority Levels:
• Allocate resources for flight training programs.
• Supervises Regional Directors, Flight Training.
