Zenon is looking to recruit an Engineering Director for a passenger operation based in EurAsia.
The position requires a candidate that has a degree or holds an aircraft engineering license an excellent track record in management so as to be the recognised post holder.
The position requires the candidate to:
•Managed the continued airworthiness of the fleet in accordance with our local CAA regulations in the most cost effective manner.
•To ensure that the aircraft are available to meet the operational requirements with minimum disturbance due to maintenance downtime.
•Responsible for the management of the maintenance staff.
•Ensure the technical status of the aircraft meet the operational requirements.
•To manage all technical contracts with service providers ensuring we receive the best technical services in the most cost effective manner.
•To manage all spare required for the aircraft fleet.
The successful candidate must be good at critical thinking, active learning and judgement, decision making, a team player and have the ability to work in a challenging and stressful market environment.
