Our client is a world leading company in the manufacture and sales of avionics, avionics products and In-Flight Entertainment maintenance services.
They currently have a vacancy for a Field Service Manager based in their office in Dubai. Their extensive customer base covers commercial airlines operating air transport, regional and business jet aircraft in the Middle East region (Gulf states, Near East countries, Pakistan, Southern Africa, West Africa and East Africa)
The Field Service Manager is the focal point for customers' local technical support. The Field Service Manager will be accountable for customers’ technical satisfaction and will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, thereby contributing to the growth of the company’s market share in the region.
Qualifications:
The successful Field Service Manager candidate will be highly experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the airline or wider aviation and aerospace industry.
Excellent communications, and a solid technical background are essential for the role and the potential Field Service Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to work, both autonomously, and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite and fluency in French would be a distinct advantage.
