B2 LICENCED ENGINEERS

Global business aviation is in growth and Marshall Aerospace remains committed to growing its business activities in this extremely challenging market sector. We now require additional talented people to help us become the best independent business aviation services provider for our customers both at our own airport in Cambridge and at our newly established facility at Robin Hood Airport (Doncaster).

The successful candidates will be employed in the maintenance of business aircraft, predominately Cessna Citation jets, but gradually to support different types. These exciting opportunities will require candidates to be able to work shift when required and to be available to work, in support of our customer fleets, both in the UK and overseas. Type approval courses, where necessary, will equip the engineers to meet our current and future approval needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide engineering services by way of the privileges of an un-restricted EASA Part 66 B2 Engineers Licence.
• To provide the necessary engineering cover for nominated types of Cessna Citation aircraft.
• Ensure maintenance and repair programmes, are delivered in line with agreed pre-input planning such that budgets are controlled and delivery schedules achieved.
• Ensure all quality, regulatory requirements and standards are maintained.
• Co-ordinate and communicate all aspects of nominated aircraft inputs.
• Manage internal and external relationships with customers, aircraft tradesmen, other departments and apprentice programmes.
