Visiting Shannon on June 22 last was Saudi operator National Air Services with Airbus A320 registered HZ-XY7 (msn 2165). The aircraft was built in 2004 as VP-BBQ but was subsequently reregistered as Saudi in 2005. Paul Morris pictured the aircraft on finals to R24 in Shannon. Read More...

Established in 2005, Kuwaiti low cost carrier Jazeera Airways is currently believed to be in the process of downsizing its fleet from 11 A320 aircraft to just 5 frames. It was second time round in an Irish registration when Airbus A320-214 msn 1198 dropped into Shannon this afternoon. Izmir Airlines was a new face on the Turkish IT series in Dublin today. Operating on behalf of Pegasus, the carrier was represented by Airbus A320-233 registered TC-IZA.
