FlyLAL Charter's SP-HAA visits Cork

Italian carrier Mistral Air are currently engaged in a summer charter series between Cork and Verona. Following painting at the Eirtech Aviation facility in Shannon and an engine Change at Air Atlanta Aero Engineering, Boeing 737-33V msn 29337 registered 5N-VND (hex 064074) was delivered to the latest reincarnation of Virgin Nigeria – Air Nigeria. The old met the new in Cork on Sunday last as a current Transavia Boeing 737-800 met a former Transavaia Boeing 737-300. EI-DTY reregistered N389DF

Friday last saw one of Shannon’s long term residents, Boeing 737-3M8, msn 25017 registered to Wells Fargo as N389DF. The aircraft is the former EI-DTY which had been operated by Russian operator KD Avia prior to that carrier’s collapse last year. Air Contractors Boeing 737-31S registered EI-STA made its first visit to Shannon yesterday. EI-IGR delivered to Air Italy

Air Italy took delivery of Boeing 737-36N, msn 28561 yesterday. The aircraft is registered EI-IGR (hex code 4CA86F) and departed Shannon on delivery to Verona using trip number AEY148P. Meanwhile former easyJet Airbus A320-232 G-TTOH (msn 1993) was test flown from Shannon yesterday in full Avia Nova colours. This aircraft will also be placed on the Irish register... Read More...

N561SM performs test flight in Air Italy colours

Boeing 737-36N, msn 28561 will be leased to Air Italy shortly as EI-IGR. It arrived in Shannon as N561SM on December 2 last at the end of its lease to China Eastern. Former SkyEurope Boeing 737-3L9 OM-CLD has been acquired by Mexican ACMI operator Global Air. The aircraft, now registered XA-UNG is msn 26441 (hex code 0D0573) and arrived in Shannon this evening routing Budapest - Shannon - Gander.
