Challenger 300 M-BFLY in Shannon

Manx registered Bombardier Challenger 300 M-BFLY (msn 20123) has made a number of visits to Shannon since the beginning of June. Previously registered as D-BFLY, the aircraft is now registered to Detling Ltd, having taken up Manx marks in May of 2009. Saturday saw what is thought to be the first visit to Dublin of Mauritius registered Bombardier Challenger 300, 3B-SSD. The aircraft is operated by Churchill Finance Services and arrived in Dublin in the early hours of Saturday morning from Abudja in Nigeria before departing again in the afternoon. Dublin Airport hosted a pair of Bombardier Challengers over the Easter weekend. At top is Challenger 604 registered 4X-CMF. Operated by Noy Aviation on behalf of Fishman Holdings, one of Israel’s largest private investment groups the aircraft is msn 5522 and was built in 2002. A fuel stopper in Shannon this afternoon was the Lily Partnership's Bombardier Challenger 300 registered G-KSFR. One of two Challenger 300 aircraft operated by London Executive Aviation the aircraft is msn 20189 and uses fixed callsign "LONEX 19KR". Toronto base Fairmont Aviation Services' Bombardier Challenger 300 registered C-GFHR is a very familiar face in Shannon. Yesterday, the aircraft, msn 20016, made what may well be its first visit to Dublin when it stopped off to refuel enroute Larnaca. Vista Jet aircraft using Shannon tend to transit in the early hours of the morning denying the photographer ! This afternoon however the all Bombardier operator visited with Challenger 300 registered OE-HVJ. The aircraft is a 2008 build aircraft with msn 20200. Country music mega star George Strait's Bombardier Challenger 300 visited Shannon this morning on a transatlantic fuel stop. The aircraft is msn 20132 and carries a personalised registration - Strait was born on May 18.
