Privately owned Nigerian operator Bellview Airlines is attempting to get back in the air with former Gulf Air B767-3P6, msn 24496 registered A9C-GK. Until recently the aircraft was a long term inmate at Dublin Airport where it had been one of a number of machines covered by SR Technics contract with Gulf Air. N183AQ arrives in Shannon from Dublin

One of the last legacies of SR Technics and its contract with Gulf Air arrived in Shannon today. The aircraft is B767-3P6ER registered N183AQ, msn 24496. Originally built for Gulf Air as A40-GK in 1989 it was transferred to the Bahraini register in 2007 as A9C-GK before being cancelled to the US on May 7 of this year.
