Ryanair issued its passenger figures for June 2010 this week. A total of 6.71m passengers booked seats to fly on Ryanair services compared to 5.84m in June 2009. Loadfactor for the month was 84%, down 1% on the June 2009 figure. Ryanair has announced its passenger figures for the month of February 2010. The airline carried a total of 4.37m passengers for the month, a figure which represents a 6% YoY growth. Aer Lingus today released its passenger figures for January 2010. The total number of passengers flown for the month was 665,000 which was up juts 0.6% YoY. Short haul, at 608,000 was up 3.6% YoY but long haul for the month stood at just 54,000, a 23% YoY decline. Ryanair published its passenger figures for October. A total of 6.16m passengers were carried for the month which represents a 15% YoY growth. Load factor remained unchaged at 85%. For the rolling 12 months ended October 31, passenger numbers stood at 64.1m which represents a load factor of 82%.
