Three years later Meridiana deletes any participation into ADF- Aeroporto di Firenze, the managing company at Florence airport. Meridiana have holds in his stands the 17,5% and now them they were bought by a local bank CRF-Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze. They has paid 18,1€ each the shares in the hands until now from Meridiana. Today they are quoted 15€ at Milan  stoke exchange. The bank have paid 28.617.584€ for that stock of shares, 3 years ago Meridiana have paid 17€ each the shares. The dismission probably can be seen in the new heading of the airline to focus the business into the airline management.

Florence is also an airport that has not any clear way of expansion. They are on the way shortly to have a new airport terminal, but talks and fights between local authorities concerning a new runway surely is far away from the breakdown day.
