Flight scheduled to Foggia and operated by SkyBridge with 30 seater EMB120s Brasilia are now ceased.
The airline in a release to passengers reports the intention to set up a new convenient schedule for end user.
Further informations are expected soon in order to publish the new schedules.
Introducing the New Magnifica Class Seat on
New A330 Aircraft Coming in 2010 Beginning June 2010, the first of twelve
new Airbus A330 will join the Alitalia fleet. With the arrival of the new
A330s, Alitalia will introduce a new Magnifica Class cabin. The
cabin seats 28 passengers who will enjoy flat bed seats coupled with quilted
blankets and satin pillow covers designed by Frette. Meals will be served
on Richard Ginori white porcelain dinnerware designed exclusively for Alitalia.
Alitalia recognizes the passengers desire to relax during the flight. Therefore,
a new amenity kit complete with wellness and relaxation products, in
addition to the traditional cosmetics usually offered is being introduced. Women
traveling in Magnifica Class will receive a custom kit designed specifically
for them which includes: cleansing milk, moisturizing tonic and make-up remover.
The merging between Meridiana and Eurofly is now terminated. Today after some paperwork the flights of the network are operated under Meridiana Fly flight code IG and the airline name now is the call sign used on air.
The new airline flies the networks previosuly operated by the airlines now merged. The fleet is composed by 17 MD82s, 10 A320s, 4 A319s 3 A330s and 2 ATR42s.
Eurofly is happy to inform that services from Italy to US rae schedulled to start by June 26 2010. These flights are seasonal and operated until late September with A330-200s aircraft. Twice weekly is the route Naples-New York JFK and wekkly on Palermo-New York JFK.

The well known French leisure carrier offer the opportunity of connections with New York JFK operated by XL Airways France.
Air Italy will increase the network of destinations available in departure from Naples. Bergamo, Nice and Palermo is the trio of new gateways served with direct flights. Twelve flights a week id planned the route Naples-Bergamo, daily is the new service to Palermo and four weekly the new route to Nice in French Riviera.
These flights are operated with Boeing B737s, two additional planes are expected soon to be added in fleet.

The new joint venture could open the way to base permanently one B737s in Italy if the AOC is obtained from Italian CAA. Not yet is know if the deal will enclose it.
Twice a week non stop Florence-Helsinki is the first air service scheduled by Meridiana starting March 30 2010. Its operated by twice classes 120 seater A319s every tuesdays and fridays. The flights are already available on mahjor CRSs. The operations could be affected by loads limitations in departure from Florence due to the short runway available for take offs.
