ENAC announced that it has sent a formal notice to So.Ge.A.Or. - Oristano managing company due to involved in Fly Oristano that "through the site www.flyoristano.com (owned by the same SoGeAOr), advertises, sells and provides news about tickets for scheduled flights between the airports of Oristano and Rome Fiumicino, Brescia, Pisa and Rimini. The decision - the agency says in a note - was taken because the Fly Oristano have not any operator licence for scheduled services. ENAC, in particular, ordered to cease all forms of advertising and selling tickets of Fly Oristano, distrusting the news published on the website as an air carrier. Due to the irregularity of the information on this site relating to the Company itself, the fleet, the connections and the models of a Fokker 50 aircraft livery bearing the logo Fly Oristano, can be misleading for the user. It is only the website page dedicated to bookings of travel, or consultation of ' flight schedule, the information appears, however, essential that the advertised flights are actually operated by Denim Air carrier.
