This evening AirOne flight number 805 has left Tunis at 6pm and its landed at Milan Mxp at 7.34pm . This flight was operated thanks to the great job made by Alitalia ground staff at Tunis and crew lead by Cpt. Giampiero Garbagna. Today Alitalia Group has operated all flight scheduled to Tunis.
Alitalia due to secu5rity and safety reasons has decided to disrupt all flights until monday Jan 17 2011 enclosed. Alitalia will plan to resume flights as soon as possible when situation will be calm and introduce large capacity aircrafts in order to clear the back log of tsranded passengers planned to fly in the next days.
Itali Airlines has stopped sales on airline website without any press release, yesterday evening MD82 I-DAVJ wa ferried from Milan Linate to Rome FCO as ACL9000, no flights operated today.
Alitalia will fly six times a week as from March 27 2011 from Rome FCO to Toulouse with 90 seater CRJ900s. The new route is operated from sunday to friday.

Aegean will add a new thrice weekly flight on tuesdays/thursdays/saturdaysfrom Bologna to Athens as from March 29 2011 with double class A320s aircrafts. The new route currently yet not announced with official press release.

New route available from Bergamo is the new service to Santiago de Compostela yesterday announced in Spain. The new flight is effective as from summer season 2011. Yer not announced how many weekly flights are available.
Aegean has dropped the intention to operate seasonal flights on routes Milan Mxp to Heraklion/Thira/Mykonos and Rone FCO to Heraklion/Thira/Mykonos.
The sixth B737/800s is shortly in fleet, its a former AMC of Egypt SU-BPH , a B737/86N delivered to Neos (I-NEOZ) msn 34257 ln 2024 named "Monte Rosa".
Three more weekly flights, from daily to 10xweek will be suitable on Naples-Barcelona as from March 29 2011.

The summer 2011 of Egiyptair to Italy is composed from expansions in the weekly rotations to Milan and Rome. Cairo-Milan Mxp from 9 to 11 weekly, Cairo-Rome from 9 to 12 weekly. The services to Catania continue to be 4xweek.
The summer 2011 will see newly the operations between Catania and Budapest operated twice weekly on thursdays and sundays.
Twice weekly to Cork by June 2 2011 is the 66th destination from Bergamo.
Four weekly flights as from March 27 2011 is the new non stop service proposed by Gulf Air from Milan Mxp to Manama on mo/we/fr/su with Privatair B737/700s.
Genoa and Turin are the new destinations hopefully expected in 2011 if planes are available to use on these new flights. Naples is planned to go as from April 26 2011 with four flights a week and than upgraded to 5xweek by Oct 2011. Venice is fully twice daily as from March 27 2011 and Turkish increase to Milan Mxp and Rome CIA.
As from summer season 2011 Turin will not have the 6xweek flight to Katowice. LOT has removed the route from booking engine.
