Blue Panorama has signed with SuperJet International an agreement for purchasing 12 Sukhoi
Superjet 100s. The order will cost about 370 million USD and first deliveries are expected in late 2012.

Bologna will be daily except saturdays as from Dec 16 2011 (except from Jan 9 to Feb 6 when services on tuesdays and thursdays are temporary ceased)
Verona is vaialable from Jan 9 2012 on tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays.
All flights are operated with A319s.
Currently with last Venice service opening Qatar Airways is on the phase to overlook for new expansion in Italy with target to double if demand requires the services to Milan, Rome and the newbie Venice.
In future they intends to open two more gateways, of which an Italian port of call with a today shortest runway could be in the plans if a new strip would be built (Florence?). They considers also another airport in the peninsula.

Pisa airport has housed three flights from Florence (Alitalia A319s from Amsterdam, Air France Avro RJ85s from Paris, Swiss Avro RJ100s).
Two flights were diverted to Bologna also on wednesday June 8 due to heavy rainfal (Alitalia A319s from Amsterdam, Air France Avro RJ85s from Paris)
Yesterday evening several flights (both Ryanair) has been diverted to Verona and with original destination Bergamo.
Kalitta Air flight number 431 today is landed to Bologna from McGuire AFB via Gander operated by B747/246B (F) SCD N700CK. Lasrt operation was three weeks ago on May 19 2011. In the menatime National Cargo has operated a charter on last May 26 2011.
Tomorrow B747/246B (F) SCD N700CK is planned back to New York JFK with several Ferrari sports cars and mixed cargo items.
Kalitta Air has operated several freight flights from third decade of March until May, time to time also twice a week.
Its now daily as from June 6 2011 the route Bologna-Tirana. Until May was 5 times a week.
