Air Italy/Meridiana fly delivers bid for Livingston
New Meridiana fly CEO Giuseppe Gentile, has presented the formal purchase bid for purchasing Livingston asset. The proposal is with a 200 thousand € deposit. Daniele Discepolo Livingston extraordinary commissar has requested some clarifications in order to place the formal proposal to the survelillance committee. The offer is again conditioned on an agreement with trade unions.
