Meridiana fly will go ahead with A319s
No return to the lessor is planned for all four A319s is planned in the short future. The leasing contract was recently newly defined and these planes will continue to fly in the network of the airline, only one in night stop at Florence for flying London Gatwick and Cagliari respectively.
2 A320s of the fleet was recently re-contracted with new leasing monthly rates. In the meantime MD82s EI-CKM was returned to lessor and by Jan 10 2012 until the summer schedule are reported temporary grounded due to crew training planned on A320s.
