These are the changes applied to the summer schedule:
Bologna-Brussel is 13xweek but between end of July until end of August the night stop rotation is cancelled
Catania-Brussel is in summer 2012 nweekly instead of four weekly operated in 2011.
Venice-Brussels is increased from12xweek to 14xweek.
With new summer timetable 2012 the route Turin-Brussels is downgrade as capacity offered due to the Avroliners are replaced by Tyrolean Airways 72 seater DHC8/Q400s on both flights.
Summer 2012 operational changes are applied now
London LHR to Rome FCO is increased from 6xday to 7xday
London LHR to Venice is increased from 8xweek to 11xweek
London LGW-Rome FCO downgraded from 14xweek to 109xweek
London LGW-Cagliari is cancelled
Genoa-Cagliari is upgraded as from summer schedule from 3xweek to 4xweek. The new weekly flight is on fridays.
Its on mondays/wedensdays/fridays the new route Venice-Bratislava as from April 6 2012.
They'll drop the thrid daily riotation from Turin/Verona/Venice to Catania.
Random they'll cancel 18 flights on Bologna-Catania
Pisa-Palermo route downgraded from 7xweek to 5xweek.
Twio new weekly seasonal routes are on the way to be launched in summer 2012 by Air France
Strasbourg-Venice weekly as from May 12 2012
Vueling will drop the services Madrid-Rome, Palma de Mallorca-Venice, Toulouse-Venice along summer season 2012.
Route Ibiza-Milan Mxp is downgraded from 17xweek to 13xweek.
Upgradings are planned on:
Milan Mxp to Barcelona from 3xday to 4xday
Milan Mxp to Mahon from one-off service in last summer to 1xweek from late June to late September 2012
Naples to Barcelona from 13xweek to 15xweek.
Rome FCO to Paris ORY from 20xweek to 21xweek
Rome FCO to Valencia from 6xweek to 9xweek.
Adria Airways is chartered from FIAT on one way weekly charter flights from Turin to Beograd on mondays and back on fridays. They'll use a 50 seater Canadair CRJ200s. FIAT car maker needs a continuous weekly lift to the Kragujevac company factory.
No direct flights are scheduled on Brussel-Turin between July 16 2012 and Sept 1 2012.
Thrice a week are the new routes from Iasi to Milan Mxp and Rome FCO. Milan services are on mondays/wednesdays/fridays as from April 30 2012 and Rome are on tuesdays/thursdays/sundays as from May 1 2012.
The new service Parma-Rome FCO is planned twice a day on weekdays from mondays to fridays.
Flights are from Jan 30 2012 at the moment not available for sale.
Route Pisa-Barcelona is now reduced to 3xweelk until March 24 2012. In summer season 2012 the route is reduced from 5xweek to 4xweek.
The commercial asset of Livingston is now ready, rumours speaks that Giorgio Valenti will be the new sales manager. In the past with Avion Express Italia until a while ago, with previous experiences with Samrt Lymx Italia, Volare Airlines. Giorgio Valenti vill lead the sales team of the new airline that comes from the collapse of Livingston Energy Flight. The new airline will be basically a charter leisure carrier only. 180 seater A320s will operate the leisure schedules and than is planned to align also A330/200s. Livingston was rebirth thanks to the kmow how of Riccardo Toto, son of Carlo Toto founder of AirOne and now shareholder of Alitalia. Toto famly continue to be in business with general constructions in Italya and as aviation lessor with a fleet of more than 60 jets in the hands.
No flights operated on charter basis at the moment will be not scheduled in next coming summer season 2012 due to the Italy's sales management left the airline to another carrier.
The recent dispute between Ryanair with Turin airport and local authorities comes with a positive end after a joint meeting had today. The booking upload stopped until today was resumed and now the nnetwork proposed in summer 2012 is now partially vailable. The parts has agreed to continue the contract for next 7 months as from end of March un til October 2012. Talks are in progress from a lot of time about an eventual new base at Turin. Several sources reports that money is the part of the dispute for set up a base at Turin. The demand appear very highest than the offer, plus probably there is not a great feeling about the routes for next base network
