As from next Apr 19 2012 the route Tripoli-Rome is resumed twice weekly on mondays and thursdays with A320s.
The new Opensky agreement between Moldova and Italy has introduced new players on markets unserved. Carpatair decide to reduce flights to the new destinations of Venice, Bergamo, Rome FCO from 3xweek to 2xweek and Bologna is given up.
Tirana, Bucaresti and Sofia in departure from Venice are not further available on bookings on AirOne website. The three destinations announced was removed from airline booking engine. Brussels planned to start up by May is delayed until Sept 10 2012.
The new announced flight Bologna-Crotone is expected to be launched as from May 7 2012. Press release and conference comes shortly. 90 seater CRJ900s is the type of flight equipment used but EMB175s is predicted on the route along the summer
Air Nigeria soon is expected to open Rome with a non stop flight from Lagos as from mid June this year with A330/200s- London Gatwick is planned as first destination by May 16 2012 and Paris will be in the same Rome opening milestone.
Twice weekly with A319s is planned the new service Bologna-Reggio Calabria. Crotone is planned to be operated with twice weekly with CRJ900s and than EMB175s.
Routes start upo is planned by May 2012 to Crotone and June to Reggio Calabria and announcement is expected shortly.
Its planned the swith to the A340/500s by Emirates in all the services to Venice.
Route Dubai-Rome FCO will see back the A380s by May 1 2012.
Changes has been applied on CRS for uploading the new schedule of Sri Lankan that will continue to serve Italy twice weekly in off peak seasons with a friday rotation with A330s and sundays with A340/300s.

Flights on current operated routes to Milan Mxp are 3xweek and Verona promoted to daily.
After to be sprayed in the old livery Alitalia A321s EI-IXI has been ferried today from Ostrava to Rome FCO and landing times was at 4:11pm local time of Rome.
Currently Air Italy B737/700s EI-IGU is in tour for Royal Australian Air Force in Far East Asia/Australia/Pacific. The PSO services to Elba Island has been assigned to Silver Air/Elba Fly. The routes under PSOs are Elba Island-Florence/Pisa and they'll begins on May 14th 2012 with 16 seater Let410s.
10 weekly on Pisa-Elba Island and 4 on Florence-Elba Island.
Services to Pisa as from July are increased to 12xweek.
52€ one way is the rate to Pisa and 54€ to Florence taxes enclosed.
