Alitalia serve Eataly genuine foods
Alitalia as from tomorrow to Oct 8th 2012 on Rome-New York JFK (AZ608/9) in Classica Plus (Premuim Class) and Classica (economy class) serve a selection of Eataly genuine foods while Penne pasta artesanally made au gratin from prized Pastificio Afeltra from Gragnano, meatballs "La Granda", Piedmontese cattle breed, rolls carrots and zucchini crisp, Grana Padano DOP Plac, Amaretto Peaches, Breadsticks type "rubatà" and Taralli Puglia Agricola del Sole.
During the flight will be offered also tasty snacks based on Focaccia, Strolghino, salami ham from Zibello dop de l'Antica Ardenga Massimo Pezzani and Small Pastries signed by the nationally acclaimed pastry chef Luca Montersino.
The initiative is designed to promote collaboration between Alitalia and Eataly. Inside the store Eataly, at 200 Fifth Avenue in New York, there is already a corner Alitalia where you can purchase products and services supplied by the airline.
The project is to offer in-flight gastronomy and products of Made in Italy, part of the strategy of Alitalia to enhance the excellence of our country in the world.
