The Board of Directors of Alitalia and Andrea Ragnetti agreed on the mutual termination of the relationship between their intercurrent. Andrea Ragnetti then resigned from the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Alitalia and Air One, as well as General Manager of Alitalia, resignation, the Board of Directors was accepted.
Until the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors granted an interim powers to the Chairman Roberto Colaninno.
The President, assisted by two Vice-Presidents Elio Catania and Salvatore Mancuso, will take care of the process of finding a new CEO.
