Emirates unveils the new lounge at Milan Malpensa
Emirates,
one of the companies with the fastest growth in the world, presented
this morning in Milan Malpensa its 35th lounge, dedicated to First Class
passengers and Business Class as well as the "Gold members" of Skywards
- the program of frequent flyer Emirates to Milan Malpensa Airport.
After
the opening of the lounge for First and Business Class Concourse A of
Dubai - the first terminal dedicated entirely to the A380 - the lounge Malpensa
represents an investment of € 2.48 million, and is the first
international lounge with new design of the Company.
At
the ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by the players of AC Milan -
club-sponsored by Emirates Massimo Ambrosini, Kevin-Prince Boateng,
Stephan El Shaarawy, coach Massimiliano Allegri and Adriano Galliani,
Chief Executive Officer of AC Milan, Giulio De
Metrio, chief operating officer and deputy CEO of SEA, representatives
of local authorities, journalists and executives from Emirates.

commitment to provide our customers with ever higher standards of
service. The
opening is designed to reinforce our commitment to the city, where last
year we also launched the third daily flight and where we are present
through the sponsorship of AC Milan, "said Mohammed H. Mattar, Divisional Senior Vice President - Airport Services, Emirates.

focused on innovation, the new design of the lounge reflects the
standards of our luxury Concourse A of Dubai, Emirates placed a step
higher. It is for us a source of great pride to add Malpensa as 35th lounge of our global network. "
It
is the largest airport of Malpensa lounge: design provides an elegant
transition to the interior designed as suites First Class and Business
Class on board, with a range of soft colors that customers are
accustomed to associate with Emirates.
Located
within the new satellite Milan Malpensa Airport, the new Emirates
Lounge offers 158 seats for passengers in a space of 929 square meters. The
new lounge confirms the same attention to detail present in the other
Emirates lounge, where guests can enjoy a wide range of luxurious
amenities such as LED TV screens, comfortable leather armchairs, a
reserved and quiet, a ' area for lunch, showers, conference room, water features and artwork. The Lounge also has a room dedicated to prayer.
The
First and Business Class customers can also take advantage of exclusive
services, such as the transfer with private chauffeur to and from the
airport, which extends up to 100 km from the airport (it was previously
60 km) in order to guarantee its passengers maximum comfort.
