Six new seasonla sunspost summer routes are launched by Aegean from Rome and Milan to Kerkyra, Mykonos and Thrira

Kerkyra from Milan is weekly on wednesdays with A320s and from July 18 to Sept 5 2012

Mykonos-Milan Mxp is seasonal on sundays from June 30 to Sept 1 2012 with A320s.

Thira-Milan Mxp is seasonal on wednesdays from July 11 2012 to Sept 5 2012 with A320s

Kerkyra-Rome FCO is seasonal on tuesdays from July 17 2012 to Sept 4 2012 with A320s.

Mykonos-Rome FCO is seasonal on tuesdays from July 10 2012 to Sept 4 2012 with A320s

Thira to Milan Mxp is weekly on wedensdays from July 11 2012 to Sept 5 2012 with A320s.

Alitalia introduces EMB190s to London City

Air Vallee is very close to an agreement for flights to Foggia

After the demise of services operated by Darwin happened on last Nov 5 2012, Foggia is without any scheduled flight. Shortly an agreement between local authorities and Air Vallee is expected to be signed for opening direct flights to Milan Mxp and Turin. The opening of these flights is scheduled in spring /summer 2012.

Erhiopian Airlines change Italy's schedules

With next June 15 2012 Ethiopian will change the asset of Italy's schedules dropping the coupled services to Rome and Stockholm with Addis Abeba. Rome-Addis Abeba services are daily after June 15 2012 with B767/300ERs, Rome will be used also for technical stops on the way westbound to Washington weekly without traffic rights on Rome-FCO-Washington Dulles operated with B777s. One way ervices with B757/200s on Addiss Abeba-London LHR via Rome FCO can allow to buy the leg from Rome to London. Stockholm will become non stop 5xweek.
