Aer Lingus A332 EI-EWR (330) was ferried back to Shannon from Bordeaux on 29/7 prior to delivery to Batavia.
Aeroflot is delaying delivery of two A320s & three A321s by up to two years. It also plans to lease three MD-11s from Boeing Capital as it withdraws its fleet of Il-86s.
Air Cargo Germany B744F D-ACGA (24311) flew its first service on 27/7 from Hahn to Tashkent.
Air India B772LR VT-ALG (36306) was delivered from Paine Field, WA to Delhi on 28/7. The airline is negotiating with Boeing in a bid to cancel six of the ten B773s that is has on order.
Andalus Lineas Aereas EMB145 EC-LCP (145408) was delivered to Malaga on 28/7. Originally with LOT as SP-LGM, this aircraft then operated for SkyAirWorld as VH-SZF before being registered to GECAS as EI-EEJ.

Atlantic A/L former ATR42 G-IONA (017) was permanently withdrawn from use on 27/7 & is currently languishing at Edinburgh minus engines & cargo door.
Augsburg A/W EMB195 D-AEMC (19000300) arrived at Munich on delivery on 25/7. It sports Lufthansa Regional tail markings.
British A/W B772 G-YMMS (36517) was due to be ferried from Cardiff to Heathrow on 31/7, with service entry due on 1/8. G-YMMU (36519) is expected to leave Paine Field, WA bound for Cardiff on 1/8.
Cargo B A/L B744F OO-CBC (36784) was registered N384NC on 6/7 & left Amsterdam on 28/7 en route to Victorville, CA for storage. OO-CBD (36785) was also reregistered on 6/7, becoming N385NY & followed its sister ship to Victorville, CA on 31/7.
Carpatair Fk100 YR-FKA (11340) was ferried to Tripoli on 30/7 on lease to Petro Air.
Cathay Pacific A343 B-HXM (123) was ferried from Hong Kong to Victorville, CA for storage on 27/7.
Cathay Pacific Cargo B742F B-HVZ (23864) operated the airline's last B742F service from Shanghai/Pudong to Hong Kong on 28/7 & then entered storage.
Denim Air Fk50 PH-JXK (20233) left Maastricht on 26/7 en route to Libreville & lease to Nouvelles Air Affaires Gabon who will operate it on behalf of Shell Gabon. PH-JXN (20239) left Maastricht on 22/7 on wet-lease to Athens A/W.
DHL Air B763F G-DHLE (37805) made its first flight on 28/7. It is due for delivery in August along with sister ship G-DHLF (37806), with G-DHLG (37807) to follow in September.
Eagle Aviation Europe (formerly just Eagle Aviation) is adding B752 F-GTIP (25624) to its fleet & it was ferried from Macon, GA as N624AG, arriving at Nantes on 28/7. This was previously registered as XA-SIK, N801AM, TC-SNA, XA-ACA. The airline disposed of its previous three B752s (F-GTIB/D/Q) earlier this year & all are currently stored in the USA bearing US registrations.
EasyJet A320 G-EZTN (4006) made its first flight at Toulouse on 30/7 as F-WWDY & was then ferried to Finkenwerder the same day.
Emerald A/W. One of this former airline's ATPs found a new home on 27/7 when G-JEMD (2026) left Coventry on delivery to PT Derava at Jakarta & will be followed shortly by G-JEME (2027).
Emirates B773 A6-ECS (38980) left Paine Field on 29/7 on delivery to Dubai. This makes Emirates the world's biggest B777 operator with a fleet of 78 in service plus a further 28 on order.
Ethiopian A/L has announced that it has signed a MoU with Airbus for twelve A359s, with deliveries to begin in 2017 & another with Boeing for five B772LRs with deliveries starting from October 2010.
Eurowings B463 D-AEWB (E3183) was ferried from Frankfurt to Exeter on 26/7 on return to the lessor.

Flybe DHC-8 G-ECOE (4212) was restored to the UK register on 30/7 following its spell with Wideroe as LN-WDV. It is now in full Olympic Air scheme prior to its next lease.
Flyglobespan B738s G-CEJO (29643) & G-CEJP (29646) are due to leave the fleet at the end of this summer & will be replaced by two new-build machines in time for the beginning of the 2010 summer season.
Hellas Aviation took delivery of former KLM Cityhopper Fk50s PH-KVE (20206) & PH-KVF (20207) at Athens on 31/7. The former will become SX-BRV, but the new registration for the latter is not yet known.
JAL retired its last B743 on 30/7.

Korean Air B773 HL7783 (37644) made its first flight on 29/7.
Lufthansa A306 D-AIAS (553) has become EX-35010 with Kyrgyz Trans Avia & left Kiev/Borispol bound for Tehran, possibly for lease to Mahan Air.

SX-OAL (3252) in full scheme at Southend since 24/7 with M-ABCJ taped on
SX-OAN (1727) ferried from Dusseldorf to Shannon in basic Privatair scheme on 29/7 still as D-APAC for painting
SX-OAO (1880) ferried from Malta to Maastricht in basic Privatair scheme on 25/7 still as D-APAD for painting

Primera Air MD-83 TF-JXC (49627) was registered to Skywings as SX-BTM at Athens on 24/7.
Qantas celebrated 50 years of jet operations on 29/7
Ryanair B738s EI-EFO (37539) & EI-EFP (37540) were delivered to Dublin on 25/7. This takes the total number of B738s delivered to the airline this year to 43 & the number currently in service to 199. Deliveries will restart in September.
Saga A/L took delivery of A333 B-HYH (407) at Istanbul on 31/7. The aircraft is currently all white & will join the Turkish register in due course.
Scot A/W Do328 G-BYMK (3069) was cancelled from the UK register on 30/7 as exported to the Philippines
Skywings is expected to take delivery of B752 SX-BTH (27204) in the fourth quarter of this year & it was noted at San Jose, Costa Rica on 28/7 being painted all white. This aircraft has an interesting history, having started life with FEAT as B-27007, after which it is thought to have spent a while with the CIA as N5579N operating out of Langley, VA before returning to FEAT as B-27007 once more & then passing to Angkor A/W as XU-AKB until it was purchased by Boeing Aircraft Co as N410JR. Swiss International A333 HB-JHC (1029) was delivered from Toulouse to Zurich on 29/7.
THY has finalised an order for a further seven B773s, taking its total order to twelve. Deliveries are expected to start from October next year, with the last one arriving in 2013.
TNT A300F OO-TZC (210) was registered to Wells Fargo Bank Northwest as N2101R on 17/7 & left Bordeaux on 30/7 destined for storage at Mojave, CA.

Albanian A/L B461 ZA-MAK (E1085) was ferried to Nairobi on 20/7 on lease to Jetlink Air.
Astraeus B752 G-STRW (24543 ex C-GTDL, N911AW, N871LF, C-GNXU, C-GTSN), joined the UK register on 21/7 & made its acceptance flight from Lasham the following day. It was then delivered from Lasham to Manchester on 24/7.
Atlas Blue has leased A313s CS-TDI (573) from White & CS-TEI (495) from Hi Fly.
Belle Air A320 F-ORAD (0558) was delivered from Toulouse to Tirana on 22/7. Originally with TACA & LACSA as N981LR, this aircraft was more recently operated by Aigle Azur as F-HBAE.
Blu-Express B733 N238PL (23808 ex PT-TEE, EC-136, EC-GEU, N808WC, LY-AGP, 9M-AAH) made an acceptance flight from Lasham on 22/7.
Blue Islands took delivery of ATR42 G-DRFC (007) at Jersey on 19/7.

EasyJet B737 G-EZJR (32413) flew its last revenue service on 22/7 & was ferried to Southend the same day prior to return to the lessor. A320 G-EZTK (3991) was delivered from Finkenwerder to Manchester on 24/7.
Emirates B773 A6-ECS (38980) made its first flight on 19/7
Etihad A346 A6-EHK (1030) made its first flight on 23/7 as F-WWCX.
Eurowings B463 D-AEWO (E3162) was restored to the UK register as G-UKAG on Wednesday. It is currently stored at Kemble.
Flybe DHC-8 G-FLBC (4257) arrived at Birmingham on 20/7. G-ECOE (4212) has been repainted into Olympic scheme at Eindhoven & was ferried to Exeter, still as LN-WDV, on 21/7 prior to lease to Pantheon A/W. EMB145 G-EMBJ (145134) was delivered from Exeter to BMI Regional at Aberdeen on 23/7.
Hellas Aviation is acquiring two ex KLM Cityhopper Fk50s, PH-KVE (20206) & PH-KVF (20207). Both have been painted all white at Amsterdam & will be delivered in late July.

Lufthansa. A306s D-AIAN/P/R/Y, were ferried from Kiev/Borispol to Tehran as EX-35006/7/8/9 between 18/7 & 21/7, possibly on lease to Mahan Air. D-AIAS (553) was ferried from Dresden to Kiev/Borispol on 17/7. A321 D-AISR (3987) was delivered from Finkenwerder to Frankfurt on 24/7.
Lufthansa Cargo MD-11F D-ALCS (48630) left Frankfurt on 18/7 on a service to Houston & was then ferried to Victorville, CA on 20/7 for storage.

Olympic A/L has renewed its lease on B733 SX-BLD (25071) & it was ferried from Chateauroux to Athens on 21/7.
Pan Air A300F EC-HQT (124) was ferried to the USA for storage on 20/7.
Pantheon A/W will take delivery of a total of fourteen A319/320s. They are to be operated as Olympic Air & will replace the current Olympic A/L fleet of B737s. Adding to & updating last week's blog, these will be two ex Hamburg International A319s that were NTU, four Kingfisher A320s (two of them NTU), both of the currently parked Privatair A319s, a Mexicana A319 that was NTU, two Mandala A319s & three upcoming A320s that were NTU by Blue Wings. Qatar A/W is threatening to cancel its order for thirty B787s plus thirty options if Boeing cannot guarantee to start deliveries to the airline in 2011. The airline also has a hundred A350s on order.
RAM will shortly take delivery of B733F CN-ROX (24020) & it was noted at Jakarta all white on 22/7. This aircraft started life with TEA as OO-LTA & then TEA Italy as I-TEAA before moving to easyJet as G-EZYB. Following freighter conversion, it joined Kitty Hawk Air Cargo as N103KH & was then registered EI-DZU with GECAS prior to being allocated VT-DQP for QuikJet & then N240MT with GECAS once more.
Rossiya A319 VQ-BAV (1743 ex N907FR) was due to leave Montreal/Mirabel on 24/7 on delivery to St Petersburg.
SAS CRJ-900s OY-KFH (15240) & OY-KFI (15242) were delivered to Copenhagen on 18/7 & 21/7 respectively.
Thomson A/W B752 G-BYAK (26267) was ferried from Shannon to Luton on 21/7 as TOM9933. It is in basic scheme & is destined for FedEx as N924FD.
Ukraine International B738 UR-PSA (29658) left Boeing Field, WA on 24/7 on delivery to Kiev/Borispol.
Viking B733 SE-RHV (28567 ex PP-VPU, N567HE, PK-GGU) was delivered to Gatwick from Southend on 17/7.

Air Comet A332 EC-KIM (211) has become N272LF with ILFC & was ferried from Madrid to Beirut on 13/7. It is destined for Batavia. Built for Canada 3000 as C-GGWB, this then went to Volare as I-VLED & then Air Madrid as EC-IYN.
Air Dolomiti B463 I-ADJG (E3169) was ferried from Exeter to Kemble on 15/7 for further storage.
Air France Regional Fk100 F-GPNK (11324) was ferried from Woensdrecht to Norwich on 15/7 for painting (for whom?). EMB190 F-HBLI (19000298) arrived at Clermont/Ferrand on delivery on 17/7.

Emirates A388 A6-EDH (25) made it first flight on 13/7, still in primer but with Emirates tail markings & wearing the test registration F-WWSV.
Eurowings B463 D-AEWO (E3162) was ferried from Exeter to Kemble on 15/7 for further storage.
FedEx will add MD-11F N572FE (48769) to its large fleet in the near future. Currently registered to Boeing as N746BC, it was ferried from Venice to Singapore/Seletar over 8/7 & 9/7. Up until now the aircraft had spent all its time with Brazilian operators, first with VASP as PP-SFD, then Varig as PP-VQX & finally TAM as PT-MSJ.
Finnair MD-11 OH-LGA (48449) was noted at Helsinki all white 11/7 having been reregistered as N270WA for World A/W.
Flybe. DHC-8 G-FLBD (4259) should now be delivered to Birmingham on 1/8, while G-FLBE (????) is expected to be delivered to Exeter on 23/8. The predicted delivery date of 12/7 for G-FLBC (4257) has passed & I do not have a revised date, so treat these latest dates with caution. It is thought that G-FLBD/E along with G-ECOE (4212) are due to be three of the four machines being wet-leased to Olympic A/L from August. Also see under Athens A/W.
FlyLAL Charters took delivery of all white B733 LY-FLC (29055) at Moscow/Vnukovo on 8/7. Originally with Deutsche BA as D-ADBK, then with JetLite India as VT-SIX & VT-SAW, before passing to Air One as EI-DNX.
Garuda has, as expected, been removed from the EU list of banned airlines & has already stated that it intends to restart services to Amsterdam & Frankfurt next year using A332s.
Hamburg International B733 D-AHIG (23827) was delivered from Berlin/Schonefeld to Skopje for new Macedonian operator Skywings International. It is to become Z3-AAJ.
Hi Fly A313s CS-TEI (496) & CS-TEX (565) were ferried from Lisbon to Chateauroux on 13/7 & 14/7 respectively. Both are still in basic Oman Air scheme.
Iberia A346 EC-KZI (1017) was ferried from Toulouse to Tarbes/Lourdes on 15/7 still as F-WWCS for further storage.

Ryanair B738 EI-EFO (37539) made its first flight on 12/7 & was followed by EI-EFP (37540) on 13/7.
SAS MD-87 LN-RMU (53340) was returned to Stockholm/Arlanda on 8/7 having been painted all white at Shannon.

Sun Express has been confirmed by Boeing as the previously undisclosed customer with an order for six B738s.
TAAG Angola has been partially removed from the EU list of banned airlines & will now be permitted to operate up to ten B772 flights per week to Lisbon.
THY has reregistered leased Jet A/W B773 VT-JEE (660) as TC-JJC.
Transaero took delivery of its latest B735 at Moscow/Domodedovo on 17/7 with the arrival of former Continental machine VP-BYP (28927 ex N14667).
Windrose Air EMB195 UR-WRF (19000169 ex HZ-NQB) was delivered from Amsterdam to Kiev/Borispol on 11/7 after painting.

Yakutia A/L took delivery of B737 VQ-BEO (30293) at Yakutsk on 17/7. This was formerly with Air Berlin as D-ABBN.

Air Canada B773 C-FIVS (35784) was delivered to Vancouver on 8/7. It is painted in a special "Vancouver 2010" scheme.
Air Contractors took delivery of former Danu Oro Transportas ATR72 LY-PTK (324) at Edinburgh on 5/7. It is to become EI-SLJ. The airline is expected to receive a further two ATR72s during the next few weeks.

Alitalia A320 EI-DTJ (3978) made its first flight as F-WWIX at Toulouse in full scheme on 6/7 & was ferried to Finkenwerder the same day.

Atlas Blue B734 CN-RMF (24807) has been repainted into RAM scheme, but with small Atlas Blue stickers.
AtlasJet took delivery of former Eurofly A332 TC-ETL (364 ex I-EEZB) at Istanbul on 8/7, when it was ferried from Zurich in full Saudi Arabian scheme.
Austrian Arrows has announced that it will dispose of its fleet of thirteen CRJ-200s next year. Some DHC-8-300s will also go & will be replaced by further DHC-8-400s.
Avia Nova is a new Russian airline, which took delivery of A320 EI-EEI (0661) at Moscow/Vnukovo on 10/7. This aircraft was originally with Aero Lloyd as D-ALAD & then America West/US A/W as N603AW. It is also due to take delivery of A320 EI-EEL (0543), which was first with Constellation & Virgin Express as OO-COH, before operating with America West/US A/W as N605AW.
Blue Air has entered into negotiations with Boeing for ten B738/739s. This is in addition to the two B738s & three B739s that the airline agreed to purchase last year.
Blue Islands is due to lease ATR42 G-DRFC (007) from the end of July. This will represent a significant jump in individual aircraft capacity over the existing fleet of five Jetstreams, one Islander, three Trislanders & a Do328.
BMI former A320 G-MIDZ (0934) was cancelled from the UK register on 3/7 & has N934BV assigned.
British A/W is deferring delivery of its A380s with some later ones now due to enter service two years later than originally planned. It has also announced that it will ground an additional three B744s in winter 2010. The airline's first A318, G-EUNA (4007) will be delivered to Gatwick on 28/8 for modifications. Crew training will start on 1/9 & the first revenue service from London City will take place on 29/9. Also see under Aeroflot-Nord.
Cathay Pacific Cargo B744F B-HKX (26557) was delivered from Xiamen to Hong Kong on 6/7 following freighter conversion. It was previously with Singapore A/L as 9V-SPL.
Contactair Fk100 D-AFKF (11470) was delivered from Woensdrecht to Saarbrucken on 8/7, still wearing PH-MJK & in Star Alliance scheme.

EMB145 G-EMBM (145196) was ferried from Norwich to Exeter on 4/7 following painting in Athens A/W scheme. The UK registration was cancelled on 9/7 & SX-CMD allotted the same day.

Pantheon A/W A319s SX-OAF (3895) & SX-OAG (3950) were ferried from Hamburg to Norwich for painting on 8/7. Both were in Hamburg International scheme & had originally been intended to enter service as D-AHIP & D-AHIQ respectively. A further A319, SX-OAK (3317), was reregistered from M-ABCK at Southend on 9/7. This was originally intended for Mandala A/L as PK-RMF before joining the Manx register. These A319s are on a three-year lease & will be operated under the name Olympic Air.
Pegasus B738 TC-AAR (28624) was reregistered from EI-DGZ at Shannon on 6/7 & delivered to Istanbul on 9/7. It is reportedly still in Futura colours.
Primera Air B738 TF-JXH (28618) was reregistered OY-PSD on 3/7.
Pronair MD-87 EC-KRV (49843) was leased to Air Kosova at the beginning of the month following ten weeks storage.

Rossiya A320 VQ-BBM (1578) will be out of service for a while, having suffered substantial damage in a tail strike on 7/7 when landing at St Petersburg at the end of a flight from Hurghada.

Viking prospective B733 SE-RHV (28567) arrived at Southend on 6/7 as PK-GGU. B738 SE-RHX (28592 ex TC-IAJ, CN-RNN, EC-IEN, N975RY, EI-DJT) was delivered from Shannon to Gatwick on 10/7.

Yemenia has stated that it may reconsider the MoU that it signed with Airbus for ten A350s following the manufacturer's failure to show the carrier "moral & media support" after the recent A310 crash.

B744F OO-CBC (36784) was ferried from Liege to Amsterdam on 29/6 & OO-CBD (36785) from Brussels to Amsterdam the same day. Both are being returned to Nippon Cargo. B742Fs OO-CBA (24158) & OO-CBB (22545) were both already in store, the former at Brussels in damaged condition.
Clickair A320 EC-GRI (0177) left Madrid on 27/6 en route to Keflavik & the USA on return to the lessor.

RAM should shortly receive a further B763 as N768MT (30008) was ferried from Lake City, FL to Greensboro in full scheme on 1/7. The aircraft is currently registered to GECAS & was previously with Alitalia as EI-CRL. This may turn out to be a replacement for B763 CN-RNT (30843), which received substantial damage in a hard landing at New York/JFK on 20/4.
Ryanair B738 EI-EFN (37358) made its first flight on 27/6. EI-EFL (37534) & EI-EFM (37535) arrived at Dublin on delivery on 1/7. EI-CSW (29935) was ferried from Norwich to Lasham on 30/6 in full Ethiopian A/L scheme & is expected to become ET-ANB.
Saga A/L B734 TC-SGD (25773) has been leased to Air Algerie again & was delivered to Algiers on 27/6 & was followed by the next day by A313 TC-SGB (562), which had just returned from lease to Ariana Afghan, having been replaced by TC-SGC (519). Also see under Air Berlin.
SAS MD-87 LN-RMU (53340) was flown from Stockholm/Arlanda to Shannon on 2/7 for painting, possibly for a new operator.
Seagle Air is due to take delivery of former KD Avia B733 OM-HLX (24011 ex EI-DOM) on 5/7, when it is expected to fly from Lasham to Bratislava.
Sky Europe B737 OM-NGN (34759) was impounded at Paris/Orly on 22/6.
Strategic A/L is to receive a second French registered A320 as F-GTSR (0436) was noted on a test flight at Toulouse on 30/6. This aircraft was originally F-GJVY, then G-BXAT, F-GJVU, OO-TCL, N436BV. F-GSTS is now understood to be MSN 0420 & was previously registered N486GX, F-GJVX, OO-TCM, N420BV. Both aircraft were recently with Thomas Cook Belgium & had been intended for Aerolineas Argentinas.
Swiss International A333 HB-JHC (1029) made its first flight at Toulouse on 25/6 as F-WWKE.
THY delivered A313s YA-CAQ & YA-CAV to Ariana Afghan A/L at Kabul on 30/6 & 27/6. Though unconfirmed, the aircraft are thought to be the former TC-JDA (496) & TC-JDB (497) respectively. TC-JJA is the new registration for leased Jet A/W B773 VT-JED (35160) & it was noted in service as such on 30/6.
Thomson A/W B752 G-BYAE (26964) left Shannon on 29/6 destined for Bangor, ME. It was withdrawn from service on 3/4 & ferried to Shannon the following day - another one for FedEx?
TNT A/W A300F OO-TZA (155) left Bordeaux on 1/7 routing via Keflavik & Bangor, ME for onward storage at Mojave, CA.
Transavia B738 PH-ZOM (29677) was delivered to Amsterdam on 1/7 & was followed the next day by PH-HSA (34171).
Ural A/L A320 VQ-BDM (2187) arrived at Ekaterinburg on delivery on 1/7. The aircraft was previously with USA 3000 as N269AV.
Viking B738 SE-RHX was noted in full scheme at Shannon on 2/7, but still wearing EI-DJT.
Windjet A320 F-GJVC (0204) was ferried from Orly to Chateauroux on 27/6 on return to the lessor.

Yemenia. Another sad event to record is the crash into the sea of A313 7O-ADJ (535) on approach to Moroni Hahaia, Comores on 30/6. There was only one survivor among the 153 on board.
