Air Berlin B738 D-ABKN (37756) arrived at Berlin/Tegel on delivery on 18/8.
Air France A320 F-HBNB (4402) made its first flight in full colours on 2/8 as F-WWBS & was ferried from Toulouse to Finkenwerder the same day. A388 F-HPJE (052) made its first flight in primer but with Air France tail markings on 10/8 as F-WWAN.
Avanti Air. The delivery of AT42 D-BCRO (122) to Helitrans A/S as LN-HTC was delayed from 13/8 to 16/8.
British A/W B752 G-BPED (25059) left Gatwick on 17/8 as N948FD heading for Victorville, CA via Bangor, ME for conversion for FedEx. This should be followed in early October by G-BPEE (25060) as N949FD.
Brussels A/L B462 OO-DJG (E2180) was ferried from Brussels to Bacau on 17/8 prior to delivery to Avia Traffic of Kyrgyzstan.
China Southern Cargo B777F B-2081 (37313) made its first flight on 14/8.
CSA B734 OK-EGP (28476) was ferried from Prague to Southend on 16/8 for painting into UT Air scheme.
EasyJet A319 G-EZFY (4418) made its first flight on 10/8 as D-AVXJ & was delivered from Finkenwerder to Stansted on 18/8. G-EZFZ (4425) made its first flight on 17/8 as D-AVXL. On 13/8, G-EZGA (4427) was noted at Finkenwerder painted & having its engines fitted, while G-EZGB (4437) & G-EZGC (4444) were on the production line.
El Al. Having abandoned attempts to join one of the three major alliances, the carrier is considering setting up its own alliance to be called "Eastern-Western" in partnership with UT Air, AeroSvit & Armavia.
Farnair Europe. Correcting last week's blog, the AT72 that was delivered from Toulouse to Basel following freighter conversion was actually HB-AFW (419).
FedEx B777F N857FD (37728) was delivered from Paine Field, WA to Memphis, TN on 13/8. N854FD (37725) made its first flight on 16/8. Also see under British A/W.
Finnair B752 OH-LBV (30046) has become VQ-BHR for Nordwind A/L & was delivered from Helsinki to Antalya on 17/8.
Flyglobespan B738 G-DLCH (30040) has become SU-MWE & was delivered from Belgrade to Cairo for Midwest on 16/8. B763 G-CEOD (30586) will become 5Y-KYW with Kenya A/W.
Free A/W F50 SX-BRS (20206) was ferried all white from storage at Athens to Maastricht on 19/8 & was followed on 20/8 by SX-BRV (20199).
HiFly A313 CS-TEI (495) was ferried from Amman to Lisbon on 18/8 following lease to PacificFlier (see Skyliner for photo).
Highland A/W. Having been cancelled from the UK register on 12/8, Jetstream 31 G-EDAY (639) & Jetstream 41 G-ISAY (41014) were restored on 17/8, though both now to owners in Sweden.

KLM B733 PH-BTI (28720) was ferried from Amsterdam to Norwich on 16/8 prior to a two-month lease to Kenya A/W.
KLM Cityhopper F50 PH-LXP (20296) left Maastricht on 14/8 on delivery to Compagnie Africaine at Kinshasa/N'Djili routing via Djerba & Niamey. E190 PH-EZR (19000375) arrived at Amsterdam on delivery on 20/8.

LOT B735 SP-LKB (27417) left Warsaw on 16/8 on delivery to Rwandair as 9XR-WE.
Lufthansa A320 D-AIZI (4398) made its first flight in full scheme as D-AVVL on 5/8 & was delivered from Finkenwerder to Frankfurt on 20/8. A388 D-AIME (061) made its first flight in primer but with Lufthansa tail markings as F-WWAV on 3/8 & was ferried from Toulouse to Finkenwerder the same day.
Lufthansa Cityline CRJ2 D-ACHA (7378) left Cologne on 18/8 for Toronto & is due to go to UT Air.
Non airline
A7-AAZ B737BBJ2 (37545), for the Qatar Amiri Flight, will be redelivered shortly following the recent completion of its VIP cabin fit at Basel (see Skyliner for photo).
D-ARGL A320CJ (4388), for a Chinese customer, was ferried from Finkenwerder to Toulouse on 6/8.
Nordwind A/L. See under Finnair.
Open Skies B752 G-BPEJ (25807) arrived at Gatwick for maintenance on 15/8. It was cancelled from the UK register on 18/8 & is expected to be reregistered F-GPEJ prior to departure. G-BPEK (25808) is also expected to become F-GPEK later this month.
SAS B735 LN-BRM (24645), which arrived at Bournemouth on 9/8, had been reregistered EI-EOE by 11/8. MD82 OY-KGY (49420) left Oslo on 17/8 routing via Keflavik & Bangor, ME to Kingman, AZ for Allegiant Air.
Saudi Arabian A320 HZ-AS34 (4397) was ferried from Finkenwerder to Toulouse as F-WWIL on 5/8. HZ-AS21 (4414) made its first flight on 13/8 as D-AVVI.
Swiftair AT72 EC-KKQ (763) left Las Palmas on delivery to LAMIA at Praia (Cape Verde), where it will be operated by Swiftair (see Skyliner for photo).
TAM & LAN have agreed, in principle, to merge with the new company to be known as LATAM, though the two airlines will continue to operate independently after the merger.
Turkmenistan A/L B772 EZ-A777 (39548) made its first flight on 16/8.

Viking A/L. One of the airline's customers, Flight Options (Kiss Flights), has unfortunately gone into administration. As a result, Viking is finding it necessary to downsize its fleet by three aircraft. Presumably, these will be the Canadian registered B738s leased from Sunwing A/L.
Vladivostok Avia A320 VQ-BHS (1213 ex 6Y-JMF, EI-DKF, 6Y-JMF) arrived at Vladivostok on delivery on 12/8.
