Aer Arann is to lease a sixth AT72 to Aer Lingus Regional from March 2011.
Aer Lingus A321 EI-CPC (0815) flew its last revenue service on 4/12 & entered the paint shop at Dublin on 16/12 for painting all white prior to return to the lessor.

Aeroflot A321 VQ-BHM (4500) made its first flight on 10/12 as D-AVZG in full scheme. The carrier is to take sixteen B777s between 2012 & 2017 due to delays in the delivery of its B787s.
Aerosvit took delivery of former Royal Brunei A/L B763 UR-VVV (25536 ex V8-RBK) at Kiev on 17/12.
Afriqiyah A320 5A-ONM (4521) was delivered from Toulouse to Sirte on 16/12.

Air Batumi B733 4L-BTM (23628) was back in service by 11/12 following lease to Ariana Afghan.
Air Berlin B737 D-ABLF (36874) made its first flight on 16/12. B738 D-ABBL (28821) was ferried from Munich to Eindhoven on 17/10 for painting all white, presumably for a new operator.

Alitalia MD82 I-DACU (53055) was noted at Naples on 13/12 fully painted for Servisair of Angola. The carrier is to order a mix of twenty E170s & E190s in preference to the Sukhoi Superjet.
Athens A/W E145 SX-CMB (145167) left Exeter for Dnepropetrovsk on 10/12 for Semeyavia of Kazakhstan.
Augsburg A/W E190 D-AEMG (19000404) arrived at Munich on 15/12, all white with titles.
Austrian Arrows DH8C OE-LTL (485) has become C-FIAI & left Innsbruck on 15/12 on return to Bombardier.
Blue Air B734 YR-BAD (25429) has become SE-RID for Volito Aviation & was ferried from Stockholm/Arlanda to Norwich on 12/12 still in Blue Air scheme. The carrier is also taking former Brussels A/L example YR-BAI (24314 ex HL7256, F-GMBR, OO-VBR, EI-ELU), which was noted at Bournemouth on 16/12 awaiting delivery. Cyprus Turkish A/L B738 TC-MAO (28645), which became N548MS with WFBN, is due to go to Buraq Air Transport.
EasyJet A321 G-TTIF (3106) was cancelled from the UK register on 13/12 & left Shannon on 14/12 as 4R-MRC on delivery to Mihin Lanka (date corrects last week's blog). G-TTIE (2682) has been painted at Shannon in Windrose Air scheme & is to be UR-WRI.
Egyptair B773 SU-GDO (38289) left Paine Field, WA on 16/12 on delivery to Cairo & B738 SU-GEA (40760) left Boeing Field, WA the same day also on delivery.

Eurowings B463 D-AEWQ (E3203) was restored to the UK register on 15/12 as G-BTTP. The aircraft is currently stored at Bucharest.
Finnair took delivery of former Air France A343 OH-LQF (168 ex F-GNIF) on 17/12 when it was delivered from Paris/Orly to Helsinki.
Flybe. The last of the carrier's old CRJ2s to return home saw VT-SAU (7469 ex G-JECD) arrive at Exeter on 14/12 on return to the lessor.
FlyDubai B738 A6-FDM (40240) left Paine Field, WA on 16/12 on delivery to Dubai. A6-FDN (40241) was noted on the flightline at Renton, WA on 16/12.
Garuda A332 PK-GPL (1184) left Toulouse on 16/12 on delivery to Jakarta.
Georgian A/W B737 4L-TGM had the registration M-ABDH applied at Southend on 16/12.
Gestair Cargo is due to add two B763Fs to its fleet in the near future. The aircraft are currently registered N767FF (26544 ex SE-DOC, LN-RCM, CC-CGN) & N767NF (24729 ex SE-DKU, LN-RCK, N102AB, UR-VVG). The former was ferried from Tel Aviv to Maastricht on 17/12 following freighter conversion & is to be painted into TNT scheme, while the latter is currently under conversion at Tel Aviv. Hamburg International may yet arise like a phoenix from the ashes according to this report from FlightGlobal. "Insolvent German charter airline Hamburg International is to resume operations with a new name thanks to investors who've bought some assets and are hanging on to some central staff, customer contracts and slots. Some operations could resume as early as January. A spokesman for the buyer consortium calls Hamburg Airways a "financially powerful" company that will continue the former co-operation with tour operators."

Saicus Air has ceased operations. B733F EC-KDJ (23743) & MD87 EC-KRV (49843) have been parked at Madrid since 6/12. Since then, the B733F has restarted operations using Gestair Cargo's AOC.
Saudi Arabian A320 HZ-AS42 (4501) was delivered from Toulouse to Jeddah on 13/12. HZ-AS23 (4519) was ferried back to Toulouse from Finkenwerder as F-WWDE on 13/12. A333 HZ-AQH (1189) made its first flight on 10/12 as F-WWKA in full scheme minus tail logo.
Swiftair MD83 EC-JUG (49847) was ferried from Madrid to Benghazi on 13/12 on wet-lease to Gryphon Air.

Tailwind A/L B734 TC-TLC (25112) was ferried from Benghazi to Istanbul 0n 10/12 following wet-lease to Air Libya & its place was taken by TC-TLE (27628), which was ferried from Antalya to Benghazi the same day.
Thomas Cook B752 G-TCBA (28203) was registered C-GJZB on 13/12 & left Manchester on 14/12 for winter lease to Jazz Air. G-JMCG (26278) became C-GJZD on 15/12 & left Manchester on lease on 16/12.
Thomson A/W B752 G-BYAI (26967) was ferried back to Luton from Abu Dhabi on 11/12 prior to delivery to Allegiant Air as N904NV. G-BYAH (26966) was ferried from Manchester to Abu Dhabi on 12/12 & is also for Allegiant Air as N903NV. Further information suggests that Allegiant Air has postponed B752 operations until spring or autumn next year & that these two B752s may be leased to Jet2 with whom they would operate with their US registrations.
