Air Berlin As suspected, A320 D-ABFW (4808) is not to enter service with the carrier, but left Finkenwerder all white on 17/8 on delivery to China Southern. A319 D-ABGI (3346) was ferried from Paderborn to Dublin on 17/8 for painting prior to delivery to Air Namibia. As part of a major cost-cutting exercise, the airline is reducing its fleet by eight aircraft.

Flybe. Yet another slippage in the delivery dates for the first four E175s to Exeter. I am advised that they are now due on:

Gazpromavia. It is rumoured that the company will place an order for ten Superjets at the MAKS Air Show.
Gulf Air A343 A9C-LH (215), which was to have been SX-TIG, was ferried from Chateauroux to Bahrain on 17/8 in Hellenic Imperial scheme on return to Gulf Air. A9C-LG (212), which was to have been SX-TIF, followed on 19/8. The acquisition by Hellenic Imperial of the two A321s, also from Gulf Air, must now be in doubt.

JAL A306 JA8376 (617) was registered to GA Telesis as N2617 on 5/8 & left Tokyo/Haneda on 17/8 bound for storage at Lourdes. JA8573 (737) was registered to GA Telesis as N4737 on 4/8 & left Tokyo/Haneda on 16/8 for freighter conversion at Dresden, after which it will be registered D-AEAS.
Jordan Aviation A320 JY-JAC (0029), which operated on behalf of Al-Nasser A/L between 15/5 & 1/8, was due to be ferried from Aqaba to Maastricht on 17/8 for painting, presumably for a new operator.
KLM B733 PH-BTE (27421) has become HB-JJB for operation by Privatair on behalf of EC Air - Equatorial Congo A/L. It was noted in full scheme at Shannon on 13/8. B737 PH-BGT (38634) made its first flight on 18/8.
KLM Cityhopper F50 PH-FZG (20202) has become P2-TAE for Travel Air & left Maastricht on delivery on 18/8.
Korean Air A388 HL7613 (059) left Toulouse on 19/8 on delivery to Seoul.
Lufthansa A319 D-AIBF (4796) was delivered from Finkenwerder to Frankfurt on 17/8.

Norwegian Air Shuttle B733 LN-KKT (27336), which became N308MS on 5/8 is now PK-CKK, left Lasham on 17/8 on delivery to Sriwijaya Air.
OLT will cease its regional F100 & S2000 operations in October but will continue its island hopper services. The carrier's fleet currently includes three Islanders, two F100s, three S2000s & single examples of the Cessna 208B, Metro, Dauphin, Airvan & S340A alongside a leased AT42.
Pegasus B735 TC-AAD (28201), which was registered to ILFC as N171LF on 10/8, was delivered from Istanbul to Tyumen on 13/8 as VQ-BNM for Yamal.

Thai A/W has signed an MoU for four A359s & intends to obtain eight more from leasing companies.
Transaero, who operate a mainly Boeing fleet, signed a MoU for eight A320neo at the MAKS Moscow Air Show.

Koral Blue. The carrier's last two aircraft have been transferred to Nouvelair (see below) & all its flights have been transferred to Air Arabia Egypt.
Lufthansa B735 D-ABJD (25309) left Frankfurt on 10/8 bound for Gary, IN & the scrapman. A321 D-AIDK (4819) made its first flight on 11/8 as D-AVZQ.
Lufthansa Cityline CRJ2 D-ACHD (7403) returned to Cologne on 12/8 after painting at Hamburg for Severstal, with whom it is to become RA-67229.

N554MS B733 (24681 ex EI-BZM, PK-GHU, N33341, HZ-DMO) of GECAS was noted at Bournemouth on 8/8 in full Avia Traffic scheme prior to delivery to Kyrgyzstan (see Skyliner for photo).
OE-IBA B733 (28333 ex OO-VEB, EI-TVO, HB-IIL, N374PA, B-2054, OE-IAK, OM-CCA) of GECAS has become PK-CKM for Sriwijaya Air & left Lasham all white on 12/8 on its delivery flight.
VP-BVA A319CJ (3542) for a private customer was ferried from Dallas, TX to Montpellier on 4/8 following cabin outfitting.
VQ-BSF A319CJ (4228) has become VP-CMJ for Aviation Link & was ferried from storage at Monastir to Toulouse on 12/8.
Norwegian Air Shuttle B733 LN-KKF (24326), which became N412BC with Boeing Capital back in February, left storage at Goodyear, AZ on 9/8, arriving at Shannon on 10/8 for a new customer. It continued on to Istanbul on 12/8. LN-KKE (27285) was ferried from Lasham to Shannon on 10/8 to be painted all white.
Nouvelair has added two former Koral Blue A320s to its fleet. TS-INP (1597 ex EC-IAG, EI-DIG, VT-WAZ, EC-JRU, VT-WAV, EC-KEN, SU-KBD) was ferried from Montpellier to Monastir on 5/8 & is purely a restoration. TS-INF (0937 ex SU-LBC, SU-KBA), however, is new to the fleet & was delivered from Istanbul to Monastir on 9/8. Note, this is the second A320 to wear TS-INF & the first aircraft c/n 0299 is now PH-AAZ with Amsterdam A/L.
Qatar A/W A320 A7-AHJ (4784) was delivered from Toulouse to Doha on 8/8.
Rusline CRJ2 VQ-BNE (7482 ex N436CA) was delivered from Ljubljana to Volgograd on 10/8.
Singapore A/L is about to place an order a further eight B773s.
Swiss International A332 HB-IQH (288) has become D-ABXA for Air Berlin & was delivered from Zurich to Dusseldorf on 11/8.
Transaero B744 N920UN (27648 ex JA8920) was ferried from Tokyo/Narita to Rome, NY on 8/8 prior to delivery. It is to become EI-XLI. Also see under Air Italy.

Flybe DH8D G-JECS (4142) had the registration ZS-YBP applied on at Exeter on 29/7 & left Exeter on 3/8 on delivery to South African Express. G-JECT (4144) was ferried from Birmingham to Shannon on 28/7 for painting for South African Express & was noted in full scheme at Shannon on 3/8 as ZS-YBR before being ferried back to Exeter on 4/8. G-ECOW (4021), which has been stored at Maastricht, was cancelled from the register on 2/8 as exported to Mozambique for Mocambique Expresso. The situation regarding the delivery dates for the first three E175s have been fluid of late to say the least. The dates currently being quoted for their arrival at Exeter are 19/8, 21/8 & 28/8, though these may well change again! The carrier has received approval to purchase a 60% controlling stake in FinnComm with Finnair holding the other 40%. Completion is expected within three weeks. FinnComm currently operates four AT42s & nine AT72s plus a pair of E170s leased from Finnair.

Gulf Air A343 A9C-GF (133) has been registered to Squadron Leasing as M-YRGQ & was ferried from Lourdes to Dublin on 1/8 for painting for HiFly & is to become CS-TQL. The carrier has selected Bombardier to meet its requirement for regional jets (likely to be CSeries aircraft).

Lufthansa. Adding to last week, B735 D-ABIZ (25244) was the second example to be delivered to Gary, IN for scrapping, with D-ABJC (25272) preceding it when it left Frankfurt on 4/7. A319 D-AIBF (4796) made its first flight on 1/8 as D-AVYZ.
Lufthansa Cityline CRJ2 D-ACHK (7499) has become EK20018 & was delivered from Cologne to Yerevan on 1/8
MAS A333 9M-MTE (1243) left Toulouse on 3/8 on delivery to Kuala Lumpur.
Maximus Air Cargo A306 A6-NIN (797 ex JA012D) left Tokyo/Haneda on 30/7 for freighter conversion at Dresden.
Meridiana Fly is to take over the Air Italy Group (which includes Air Italy Polska). According to ATDB this should give the combined carrier a very mixed fleet of 5xA319, 12xA320, 3xA330, 1xAT42, 4xB733, 1xB734, 3xB737, 2xB738, 1xB752, 2xB762, 1xB763 & 15xMD80.
