Afriqiyah A319 5A-ONC (3615) was ferried from storage at Mitiga to Tunis on 21/9, returning to Mitiga the following day. A320 5A-ONK (4330) was reportedly badly damaged (beyond repair?) at Tripoli during the recent unrest.
Air Atlanta is expected to add B744 TF-AMZ (24423 ex JA8071, N344AS) to its fleet in the near future. It is currently at Marana, AZ. TF-AMY (25260) left Marana, AZ on 18/9 routing via Phoenix, AZ to Ostend, where it arrived on 19/9. It carries Biman titles & tail logo  (see Skyliner for photo). 
Air Baltic has filed for legal protection as it continues a row with the Latvian government over a capital injection.
Air Berlin A319 D-ABGL (3586) had been painted in full Air Namibia scheme at Dublin & was carrying V5-ANK by 16/9. It was then ferried back to Paderborn on 19/9 as D-ABGL prior to delivery. B738 D-ABBA (30570) was ferried from Berlin/Tegel to Shannon on 19/9 for painting, presumably for a new operator. D-ABKL (37754) was ferried from Munich to Shannon on 20/9 for painting for Air Pacific. D-ABKY (36886) arrived at Berlin/Tegel on delivery on 22/9. FlightGlobal reports that the airline is to cut its fleet by eighteen aircraft by next summer. This is quite an increase on the eight that it announced last month & will see a reduction in the group's fleet from 170 to 152 aircraft by next summer.

AtlasJet is to be the recipient of the two former Gulf Air A321s that were destined for Hellenic Imperial. Both aircraft were noted at Montpellier in full scheme on 16/9 & are currently registered F-WTAV (0761 ex F-GTAE, A9C-ET) & F-WTAX (067 ex F-GTAB, C-GKOI, F-OHGU, A9C-ES).
Avion Express A320 LY-VEX (0375) left Milan/Malpensa on 21/9 en route to Goose Bay via Shannon on return to the lessor.
Bahrain Air A320 A9C-BAU (4055) was ferried from Dubai to Bahrain on 12/9 after wet lease to Kam Air.

Cargolux was due to take delivery of its first two B748Fs on 19/9 & 21/9, but informed Boeing that it would not accept them due to "unresolved issues". These issues seem to surround compensation to Qatar A/W for late delivery of B787s rather than any performance problems with the B748F. Qatar A/W has a 35% shareholding in Cargolux.
Cathay Pacific Cargo expects to take delivery of its first B748F, of ten ordered, next month.
Continental A/L B762 N67157 (30436) was ferried from Houston to Montreal on 17/9, probably for a new operator.
Corsair B744 F-HSEX (26878) flew its last revenue service on 8/9 & was ferried in basic scheme from Mauritius to Paris/Orly on 16/9 prior to sale.
DHL International Aviation ME B752 A9C-DHC (22211 ex N521EA, G-OOOV, TF-ARD, G-VKNB, N314ST, PR-LGH, N314ST) had been registered at Bahrain by 22/9.
EasyJet A319 G-EZEK (2224) was cancelled from the register on 16/9 as transferred to Bermuda & is due to go to Sky Express as VQ-BLY. G-EZEI (2196) left Dublin on 20/9 in Brussels A/L scheme as OO-SSV on delivery to Brussels. G-EZEU (2283) was ferried from Malta to Southend on 21/9, reportedly to be painted all white.

JAL B744 JA8088 (26341), which was registered to AerSale as N349AS on 22/8, was noted at Hong Kong on 20/9 as N464MC in Atlas Air scheme. JA8077 (24784) became N287AS with AerSale back in April & arrived at Hong Kong from Roswell, NM on 23/9 for preparation for Atlas Air.
Kabo Air B742 5N-DKB (23548) was ferried from storage at Kano to Bangor, ME on 20/9.
KLM B738 PH-BGW (38128) had been rolled out at Renton by 20/9.
Libyan A/L A320 5A-LAI (4450) was ferried from storage at Mitiga to Tunis on 20/9.
Lufthansa A319 D-AIBG (4841) was delivered from Finkenwerder to Munich on 21/9. B735 D-ABJA (25270) left Frankfurt on 20/9 bound for Gary, IN & a date with the scrapman. The carrier has appointed JP Morgan to look into the potential sale of BMI, the second largest carrier at LHR in terms of slots (around 8.4%).
Mint A/W B752 EC-LHL (24544) was ferried from Bucharest to Madrid on 15/9 following summer lease to Blue Air.

Norwegian Air Shuttle B738 LN-DYV (39009) made its first flight on 16/9.
Onur Air A332 TC-OCD (87) was ferried from Istanbul to Jeddah on 23/9 on Hajj lease to Saudi Arabian.
Palestinian A/L F50 SU-YAI (20143) was ferried from Cairo to Maastricht on 19/9 at end of lease.

TAP. It is being reported in the financial press that IAG (holding company of BA & Iberia) has hired JP Morgan to advise on an offer for TAP.

Transavia B738 PH-GGX (35696) left Amsterdam for Belo Horizonte on 14/9 after summer lease from Gol & will revert to PR-GGX. It was followed on 21/9 by PH-GGW (35831), which will be restored as PR-GGW.
Transmile Air Services MD11F 9M-TGR (48485), which was registered N642FE back in March, left Paya Lebar on 16/9 on delivery to FedEx at Memphis, TN.
UT Air B738 VQ-BJJ (29936) was delivered from Sofia to Khanty-Mansiysk on 17/9. B735 VQ-BJT (28900) was delivered from Vilnius to Khanty-Mansiysk on 22/9 after acceptance.
Vueling. Making their first flights on 21/9 were A320s EC-LOB as D-AUBJ & EC-LOC as F-WWDF.
Welcome Air D328 OE-LJR (3213) was registered to Sunair as OY-NCT on 16/9 & ferried from Billund to Eindhoven for painting on 20/9.
Wideroe. Former ARAMCO DH8Bs LN-WSB (440 ex N724SA) & LN-WSC (441 ex N725SA), which were registered to the carrier in May, were then registered to Field Aviation as C-GLUF & C-GLUG respectively in July, presumably without entering service with Wideroe. Both left Bodo on 20/9 wearing their Canadian registrations & bound for Toronto.
