Spotting from the Terminals
There are two Terminals at JNB international. Terminal A (International) and Terminal B (Domestic) In each terminal has a viewing deck. The best one I found was in the International terminal. From here you can see aircraft parked on the cargo terminal and some of the domestic gates. There are two parallel runways at JNB, and both are directly in front of you meaning nothing gets missed. Here is the view taken from the viewing deck in Terminal A international looking aout across the two parallel runways and taxiways.
