AgustaWestland AW139 PR-SEK (msn 31081 built 2007) of Malaga Taxi Aereo Ltda has crashed in the sea of Macae, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on August 19, killing the four occupants. The aircraft is understood to have departed from P65 offshore oil platform and was en route to Macae at the time of the accident (1715L). Unconfirmed press reports suggest the crew declared an emergency with hydraulic problems shortly before contact with the helicopter was lost.
