Just a quick thought. The A319-based ACJ has up to 6, the A320 Prestige carries 2. Can the tanks be retrofitted onto existing commercial specimens, and if so, how many per model? Range of the A320 Prestige is just over 4100nm with 30 pax. What would the range/payload be with 4 and 6 tanks?
My thinking is that 15 year old commercial A320 examples are now being sold at just over $5million a piece. If they can be retrofitted with ACT's, might they become candidates for transformation to corporate jets as older CRJ's are with Project Phoenix?
