........and which is the WORST Airline - and why?

Okey dokey (that's Aussie slang for the uninitiated), there's a thread running asking which is the BEST airline, so I guess it was inevitable that this topic had to arise.

We've all travelled on an airline that has made our life miserable for the time we were captive,or as a professional, we've worked for an airline company that has driven us to our wit's end.

My vote for Best AND Worst goes to Malaysia Airlines.

Best for the satay they serve, and WORST because of the incredible disorganisation that often disrupts what should be the smooth flow of a well-oiled machine.

MAS - mana ada sistem (where is the system?)

My vote goes to Air Pacific, who somehow did not recognise that I had boarded one of their aircraft to Fiji and therefore cancelled all of my onward flights leaving me stranded on for three days on standby. Upsetting enough that I spent my 21st birthday on my own when I was supposed to meet up with my friends in NewZealand. What about the security risk? Obviously the airline paid for my accommodation, but I received no compensation despite complaining.
