Is anybody else getting really sick and tired of that damn 'HP' banner ad at the top of most of the forum screens? You know, the one that magically unravels itself and blocks most of the page that you're trying to view?
Can something be done about this? (I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this one, but I thought I'd throw it out there for general comment anyway.....)
While I'm not at all against banner ads in theory, the animated ones are more of a nuisance than anything else

Completely agree-its a total pain and is making the site difficult to use. It interferes with attempts to upload.

I completely agree with all of you and will look into it, it seems to be happening all the time at the moment and agree that is really frustrating. I will request it to be turned off or at least reduced in frequency!!!

Right i have just had a word with the boys above and they say that they are going to reduce it to once per user a day. This may take a few hours but let me know if you are still getting issues after that!!
