To celebrate the Moon landing anniversary on Monday,we are offering you the chance to win a signed technical cutaway of the Apollo Command Module.

To win,all you have to do is use the each letter of the word APOLLO to create a new memorable or funny phrase (or a Mnemonic for those interested). Here are some really bad attempts that the flight team have made so far:

 Hi all,

Thank you for all your entries so far for this exclusive opportunity to a signed print of the Apollo Command Module. We realise that the competition was meant to finish in July, but we have decided to extend the competition deadline until the end of this month (30th September), with the announcement that as well as a Signed print of the Apollo Command Module, the winner will now also receive a signed cutaway of the Saturn V and the Lunar Module.

To win, all you simply have to do is use the each letter of the word APOLLO to create a new memorable or funny phrase (or a Mnemonic for those interested). See above for some previous attempts to get your creative juices flowing!

All entries will be counted, including all Twitter entries. For all you Twitter followers remember to reply to @flightglobal.

Good Luck

So with the fantastic news that Ares I-X so far has successfully taken to the skies, i thought it would be fitting to finally announce the winner of the three cutaways. All the entries have been seen and rated by a esteemed panel and the winner is...Spaceman1969 with the following Mnemonic (which sounds so fitting on a day like today)

A stronauts
P erfectly
O rchestrated
L unar

Well done Spaceman, i will be in contact shortly. For all you other unlucky entrants, keep an eye open on the Flightglobal shop over the next month to see how you can buy a signed technical cutaway of the Apollo missions.
