    B-17 to Coventry

B17 N390TH is currently en route Reykjavik to Prestwick, due at 1900. There are reports that this may come to Coventry, possibly tomorrow, more certainly on 14th July prior to going back to the USA after he Flying Legends show at Duxford. More when I have it.

Due at Duxford July 4th, very appropriate, between 11.00-12.00

Hope it does turn up at Cov, might have a chance to see it.

That's the problem with the airshow season this year. Flying Legends the same weekend as RIAT, because of Farnborough. Poor scheduling.Sad

I'll get my hat. Zip it!

Well she did not make it to Coventry...but she did land at Prestwick

"Liberty Belle”, one of the few World War 2 B17 “Flying Fortresses” still flying, made a historic stop over at Prestwick Airport on Wednesday, July 2.

Cool video including interview with her pilots
