All based on Angry Birds Space – the popular smartphone cartoon game – there will be “exciting activities galore” for young passengers at the airport.
The activities include an indoor activity lounge for children, handicraft workshops, toy giveaways, and music performances.
Changi is promising a “magical out-of-this world experience” for travellers and airport visitors.
Measuring 13 metres wide and three storeys high, a giant spacecraft in the form of a Super Red Bird from Angry Birds Space is the centrepiece of the airport’s festive celebrations.
Taking centre stage at the Terminal 3 Departure Hall, the massive space shuttle will “take off” daily with a display of interactive lighting and sound effects.
