After a brief delay, Lufthansa's D-ABEK (B737-300) whisked us off for a very bumpy ride over to Berlin Tegel, where the following were noted on a 90 minute lay-over:
For info, the preserved B707 is located adjacent to the threshold of Tegel's runway 08R and is in full retro Lufthansa colours.
It was then the turn of Lufthansa's D-AIAZ (A300-600) to haul us on a 50-minute hop down to Frankfurt, where the following were noted:
