have just recieved the above book and whilst going through the countries listed have found hong kong,taiwan and kazakhstan are all missing,more sloppy proof reading?

Flight do not produce Euro JP, we only send the data to AIRnieuws who publish the book, the data was sent correctly by Flight, it was an error in publishing by AIRnieuws to why Hong Kong, Taiwan and Kazakhstan are missing from this years book.
They have a PDF download on their site which contains the missing information see link enclosed

Not all data sent by Flight was correct. There were many mistakes and omissions that had to be rectified by AIRnieuws. The original data did NOT contain Hong Kong, Taiwan and Kazakhstan...
