Apparetnly the Dutch-designed aero-auto-mobile could be available for emergency services by 2011 before being rolled out to the consumer market. It's doubtful that commuters will be able to get their hands on it anytime soon. Can you imagine pandemonium in the skies... and you'd have to have eyes in the back of your head.
