VISITORS
A bumper bundle of first visits today, starting with Army Air Corps Defender AL2 ZH005 (4018B ex G-CGVB), which came & went during the hours of darkness. Next in was Gulfstream 4 G-MATF (1109 ex V8-AL1, V8-SR1, V8-007, N101GA, EC-IKP) of Gama Aviation, which diverted in with some type of engine problem while en route from Nice back to its base at Farnborough. This was followed by Fly Hellas A320 SX-SMV (0415 ex VR-HYV, B-HYV, EI-TLT, N415MX, ZA-RED, N301LF) operating a flight from Rhodes (Fly Hellas is the charter arm of Viking Hellas). The day's fourth newcomer was BD100 OE-HMK (20276) of A-Jet Aviation, arriving from Moscow/Vnukovo at lunchtime. It was evening before our next one arrived, namely Air Berlin A320 D-ABFT (4674) operating from Hanover. To round the day off, our sixth newcomer should be Cirrus Aviation E135BJ D-ARTN (14500941), which is due at 23.15.

FLEET NEWS
Sunwing A/L B763s CS-TFS (25411) & CS-TFT (26208) left Lisbon yesterday in basic Euro Atlantic scheme bound for Toronto on wet-lease to Sunwing A/L for operations to Europe.

ROUTE NEWS
Air Berlin. Disappointing news is that Air Berlin is to operate a much-reduced service from Hanover to Gatwick during July & will pull off the route completely at the end of that month. Can the Nuremberg service survive on its own?

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
Tomorrow's roundup will be posted late as I will be out for the evening & Friday's will be early as I am off to Paris that evening. Hopefully, the next roundup after that will be posted on Tuesday (21/6).
