Another new Vietnam A/L B772 for us today was VN-A146 (33505), which arrived from Ho Chi Minh (four down & six to go, but no sign of the one I want yet).

FLEET NEWS
BA World Cargo/Global Supply Systems. Two of the B744Fs have US registrations reserved in preparation for their replacement by B748Fs. G-GSSB (29252) is expected to become N709FP, while G-GSSC (29255) is due to revert to its previous Atlas Air registration N494MC. B748F G-GSSF (37569) was registered yesterday.
Ryanair B738 EI-ESS (35033) arrived at Dublin on delivery today.
Virgin Atlantic. The ferry flight of M-YRGU (2 ex G-VHOL) from Lourdes to Tunis for Rajshahi Air of Bangladesh was delayed until today.

According to UK Airport News, "Gatwick reports that passenger numbers in November increased by 0.6% compared to last year, with 12,800 more passengers passing through its terminals. Extra capacity amongst some of Gatwick's major airlines in the low cost market helped stimulate growth, helping the airport the eleventh consecutive month of year-on-year passenger increases.
Air traffic movements were down by 4.5% compared to November 2010, through a combination of factors, including reduced capacity into North African charter destinations and a reduction by some airlines in their short-haul operations. This was offset, however, by record average load factors of 78.5%, up 3.3 percentage points on last year, driven by increases in the short haul and domestic markets".
