VISITORS
Another four newcomers today, starting in the early afternoon with Gulfstream 4 A9C-BAH (1353) of the Bahrain Royal Flight & followed not too long afterwards by THY B738 TC-JFK (29773) from Istanbul/Ataturk. Late afternoon saw easyJet A320 G-EZUV (5111) arrive on delivery from Finkenwerder (later departing on an Arrecife rotation) & Lufthansa A319 D-AIBF (4796) made its first visit a short while later from Frankfurt.

FLEET NEWS
Air Berlin B738 D-ABKO (37757) was ferried back from Dublin to Munich today after painting for Sunwing A/L.
Astraeus B752 G-STRW (24543), which is now N176CA, was ferried from Lasham to Shannon today.
EasyJet A320 G-EZUV (5111) was delivered from Finkenwerder to Gatwick today & is the seventh to be delivered here in not much more than two weeks.
Emirates B773 A6-EGP (35599) made its first flight yesterday.
Flybe DH8D G-JEDK (4065) undertook at post hand-back check test flight on 17/4 prior to its forthcoming return to Bombardier.
Holidays Czech A/L B734 OK-WGY (25839) has become OM-CEX & was delivered all white from Prague to Bratislava today for Air Explore.
Pegasus B738 TC-CPE (38178) made its first flight today.
THY B739 TC-JYD (40978) made its first flight yesterday as N978TK.

ROUTE NEWS
Ryanair seems unexpectedly (to me anyway) to have pulled of the twice-daily service from Madrid. The last flights were on 17/4.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
Phenom G-ROOB (50000179) was cancelled from the register yesterday as exported to Austria.
One aircraft that I missed from Tuesday's list of Delta aircraft at Gatwick was A319 N362NB (1982), which visited on 13/09/10 & 01/10/10 carrying the US basketball team - thanks & well spotted, Derek.

John,

Although you've been posting the same reminder for a couple of weeks, I've only just noticed the opening times for the LGW convention this coming Sunday aren't quite correct.  The times are actually 10:00-16:00.  Given most visitors attend during the first 3 hours and we get few new arrivals during the afternoon, I doubt anyone would be planning to arrive after 16:00, but you never know...
