VISITORS
Air Hamburg Citation 560XLS D-CXLS (6027) was today's first newcomer, arriving early morning & was followed three hours later by Olympic Air A320 SX-OAP (4065) on the regular Athens service. Completing a trio of newcomers was Gestair Citation 560 EC-KKK (0770), which arrived this evening & is due to night-stop.

FLEET NEWS
BMI EMB145 G-RJXN (145336) was withdrawn from service on 2/10 & ferried from Aberdeen to Alverca for storage on 21/10. It was cancelled from the UK register on 19/11 as exported to Ireland & is being registered as EI-EHW to ECC Leasing. G-RJXO (145339) was withdrawn from service at Aberdeen on 16/10 is expected to join G-RJXN at Alverca.
Ryanair B738s EI-EGA (38490) & EI-EGB (38491) arrived at Dublin on delivery today.

ROUTE NEWS
Nova A/W. One for the rumour mill. This airline has expressed interest in operating a service from Khartoum to Gatwick next summer, routing via Rome/Fiumicino. The carrier currently has one former Malev CRJ2, ST-NVB (7807 ex HA-LND), with a second one, ST-NVC (7686 ex HA-LNB), being prepared at Ljubljana.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
A new biz jet for the UK, registered on 17/11, is Falcon 2000EX G-EDHY (182), with the owner shown as Victoria Aviation of Geneva.
Just about caught up with my logging from Dubai & it was good to see so many old friends out there & most pleasing to make a good few more. Hope to see you all out there again in 2011, if not before.
Early warning - B772LR A6-EWI (35589) is due to make its first visit on UAE11 tomorrow morning.
