FLEET NEWS
Astraeus. Continuing the B752 saga, G-OPJB returned from its duties with LAN at around midnight. G-STRY in fact positioned to Stansted on the 27th & may have operated a Keflavik rotation for Iceland Express in place of the usual B737 G-STRH. Included in the load that G-STRY took to Ghana yesterday was a spare wheel, jack & tools leading to the assumption that G-STRZ had blown a tyre in Accra. G-STRY returned this morning as GHB157, but G-STRZ has yet to reappear.
Emirates. The airline's fourth A380, A6-EDD (20) is due to be delivered to Dubai tomorrow. Airbus will then have delivered the 12 aircraft scheduled for this year, with 21 more planned for 2009.
Flybe EMB145 G-ERJE (145315), which was recently delivered to Dniproavia, has not become UR-DNP, as previously reported. That registration is carried by another as yet unidentified EMB145.
Titan A/W. For the photographers, B733 G-ZAPZ (25401) was reported at Chambery two days ago carrying SnowJet & SnowJet.co.uk titles.
