consider this.... 27 years in the industry, studied hard for my Licences and courses. Then the powers-that-be change the goal posts. You must do a "Human Factors" course. Do any of the companies implement any of the factors raised during this attendance course? Of course not, they treat you like dirt and generally abuse you. Now they are introducing another compulsory course, the Fuel Tank Awareness Level 1&2..... What is the point of doing a Licence if they are just going to make you attend another course that you have already studied and passed previously. Why don't the pen-pushers just leave us to do our jobs properly without all the additional stress that these pointless courses bring.

Human Factors training can be effective only if the upper/middle mgmt believe in it & try to get it to work. http://www.greyowl.com has excellent articles.....Very good for Mx folks.
