I've heard many different opinions relating to the ICAO minimum English requirements and was wondering what flightglobal people thought about it?
Is it a long overdue safety necessity or a waste of time? Will it really change anything or are there other, more pressing communication problems such as intonation, pronunciation, miscommunication, poor training....?
Does anyone feel strongly either way?
