The observation deck on Terminal B at Zurich-Airport will be closed definitely on November 1
st
, 2008.
First the outer part of Terminal B will be pulled down and later a new modern building will be erected. The construction time will be about three years. A visitors terrace is planned on the new shorter “finger”.
Between November 1
st
, 2008 and the end of the year,
no observation deck
will be available at Zurich-Airport. For more information check the website

TOURS - CH-8152 Glattbrugg has been appointed to plan the operations of the aviation enthusiasts special ramp tours between Tuesday, January 27

, 2009 and Sunday, February 1

At the moment, we can not yet accept any reservations nor payments for the tours, therefore, please be patient until the end of November.
The airport authority is going to open the terrace on Terminal E (midfield) as soon as possible early 2009 permanently.
Daily every half hours a shuttle will run between the visitor entrance / security check-point (about 150 meters south of Terminal B on street level) and the entrance of Terminal E. All visitors have to pay entrance fees and pass the normal security there. You are free to stay on the observation deck Terminal E up to the last bus back. Please check the website of the airport authority for more information about the facilities on the observation deck of Terminal E.
After the go-ahead from the Airport Authority, tickets for the special ramp tours may only be bought through Bucher & Co., Publikationen,
either electronically on the internet or in our shop, buch

TOURS will have some kind of temporary stand on top of Terminal E, in order to handle the special bus tours and to sell last minute tickets.
We ask you again, to be patient until we are going to inform you, that the special ramp tours are going to be operated and we release all details on our website.
