I received my copy of this yesterday, however there were some mistakes in it.

1  PA31T2 Cheyenne IIXL's G-CHEY & G-FCED Provident Partners (leased to ) Air Medical Ltd

    PA42-720 Cheyenne IIIA G-GMED Air Medical Ltd

As of December 2010 these 3 aircraft were  listed as   per  last years edition, but are NOT in this years edition  ever though nothing has changed.

2  King Air C90B M-GLAS was missing from the listing, this has been re-registered as G-CGTN.

3  King Air C90GTx  N6014V has been re-registered as G-MOSJ

The Kings Air's have been registered this year.

Due to an editorial error (as Kev has rightly pointed out) three of Air Medical's Cheyennes are missing from the main body of JP BizJet 2011, these being:

Many thanks to Kev for alerting us to this error.

The perpetrator of this crime is being made to sit on Flight's naughty step for the rest of the day and will be wearing their 'dunce' hat with pride.

As the data in JP BizJet 2011 is current up to December 31st, the King Air re-registrations were not available prior to the publishing deadline - hence the reason for them being omitted from the book.

Any further comments can also be addressed to the BizJet team directly at bizga@flightglobal.com

A few more to add,

Page 370 SA226AT c/n AT-018 is shown as an unknown Canadian. This was dbr 19May10 at West Memphis Muni and sold in Canada as spares

Page 377 Beech B200C c/n BN-1 (where did the leading zeroes all come from?) is shown as an unknown Chilean - this is now with the Chilean military

Page 378 T.Comm 680W 1835-40 is shown as CP-1934. It was certainly exported to Bolivia however CP-1934 is a Rockwell 500S

T.comm 980 95004 is shown as CP-2078, this became FAB-030 in 1994

Page 379 Beech 300 c/n FA-192 is shown as an unknown German. This was stolen 17Nov91 in Fort Pierce. Although it was cancelled by the FAA to Germany, the German registry know nothing about it.

Page 387 Beech B200 c/n BB-1995 shows as an unknown G-, this became LX-EPI in October 2010

Page 389 Beech B200 c/n BB-1735 shows as an unknown HI-, this is still N871C and has never been HI- registered

Page 393 P.180 c/n 1032 shows as an unknown Italian, this is still LZ-ASP

Page 394 Beech 350 c/n FL-677 is with the Japanese military, not civilian

Beech B300C c/n FM-30 is 168206 with the US Marines, not Japanese

Page 396 PA-42 c/n 42-5527037 LQ-BLU was written off 13Aug10

There are more but it'll take a heck of a long time to list so for another day....

Our thanks go to Baz for his amendments.

From our vaults:

BN-0001: according to sources uncovered since publication the aircraft has been retired (one online source can be found at http://modocharlie.com/2010/08/super-king-air-dgac-al-mnae/)

95004: still being reported as current on the Bolivian register.

FA-192: the status of this aircraft is being investigated with our contacts at Beechcraft's Service Centre in Germany.  We have reason to believe that the aircraft has indeed passed through Germany and will update our files accordingly when new information becomes available.

BB-1995: official confirmation of the status of this aircraft came after the publishing deadline for JP BizJet 2011.

1032: previously-submitted information turned out to be incorrect for this aircraft and has now been removed from our database.

FL-677: as its new identity was uncomfirmed as we went to press, the aircraft was shown with a generic Japanese civil registration.  It is believed to be taking up the markings '23057' with JMSDF.

FM-030: was shown as an unknown Japanese aircraft in error and has since been corrected in our database.

42-5527037: was awaiting confirmation of its condemnation from official sources and was shown as 'stored'.  This has since been amended to show the aircraft as having been written-off.

It just goes to prove that we are human (believe it or not); it's precisely this kind of feedback that we welcome to help us fill in the gaps.  As stated previously, any further comments can also be addressed to the BizJet team directly at bizga@flightglobal.com

As an aside, if any further amendments could be cross-referenced to a source (either online or otherwise) it would greatly assist our data team in confirming the correct status of said aircraft.

FA-192 has been listed as D- unknown in JP Biz for several years. I really do this this one needs to be re-visited since it's quite difficult to hide one of these for so many years.

Just glancing again at the book I notice on page 384 you're missing a registration for the Armenian Beech 200C BL-42. You probably already know this but it's EK-2042. I know you asked for a source so this one came from the Air-Britain Business Turboprops update blog;
http://air-britain-bizturbo.blogspot.com/search/label/EK-2042
and
http://air-britain-bizturbo.blogspot.com/2011/01/bizqr-catch-up-part-2.html
Interestingly most of the other aircraft listed in that posting aren't in the book.

A few more;

Page 519 El Salvador only shows Beech 200 YS-111N as current. Beech E90 YS-100P and Beech C90 YS-999P are also very much active.

Page 523 lists the Zimbabwean Reims F406's as active. All four of them were withdrawn from use in 2000 and have been stored at Harare-Charles Prince since that date although several attempts have been made to sell them.

Thanks again to Baz for these updates.

We do ask readers to remember that, as stated on the title page of the book, data is correct through December 2010; obviously any changes that are reported after our cut-off date will not make it into print, but will be updated on our system so that the amendments appear in future publications.

Very true although in mitigation both YS-100P and YS-999P were registered in 2008. EK-2042 was registered 23Nov10 having sat at North Bay for well over a month still in full Ornge colours but sporting the new registration marks.

The Zimbabwean F406's have been in a semi-derelict state for 11 years now :-)

Page 441 lists Beech 200C c/n BL-65 as N399AS with Reliable Air Transport.

N399AS was cancelled from the US register on 07Jun06;

http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_Results.aspx?NNumbertxt=399AS

The previous registration is also listed as being N6770G.

N6770G was the initial registration (registered May 1983) . The aircraft was subsequently registered N73555, N9701Y, and N870CA prior to becoming N399AS. The aircraft has since been transferred to the US Army.

One omission - Boeing BBJ M-YBBJ 36027 does not appear in the listing for the Isle of Man even though there is a photo of it in the rear section of the book.
